Descending from the spiral staircase, guests are offered a private sanctuary where they are immersed in the culture and theatre of KOL, with their Chef’s Table and Mezcaleria which are available for private dining and events.
The Chef’s Table, and private dining room on the lower ground floor, has its own private kitchen, inspired by a traditional Oaxacan home kitchen, where a dedicated team of chefs will be curating guests their private meals, giving a first-hand insight into the KOL kitchen and the stories behind the food. Available for up to 22 guests, offering either a ‘Plata’ or ‘Oro’ menu, that ranges between five or seven courses, and is the ultimate way to experience Santiago Lastra’s celebration of British ingredients, cooked with Mexican soul.
