Looking to book your Christmas party? This December, Smoke and Salt are offering a range of exclusive party packages for both lunch and dinner and is available for private hire of up to 20 people.

Winner of  ‘Best Newcomer’ at the prestigious 2018 Caterer Awards, the Smoke and Salt Christmas menu stays true to their signature style of cooking. The restaurant uses the ancient cooking techniques of smoking, preserving and curing and combines this with modern flavours to enhance their bold menu. Alongside a Christmas inspired menu, other specials include delicious Smoked Chalkstream Farms Trout, and a homemade Christmas Pudding with ginger, mace, oats and clementine.

Prices start from £40 per head, with a minimum spend of £600 for lunch and £1,000 for dinner Monday-Wednesday, or £1,500 Thursday-Saturday.

Wright Brothers Launch The Ultimate Festive Feast To Enjoy At Home This Christmas

Wright Brothers know a thing or two about providing a seafood feast to impress. This Christmas, they are putting together the Ultimate Seafood Feast – ideal for simple but luxurious entertaining during the festive season.

Available for delivery or collection, the seafood platter is gift wrapped and complete with favourites including; a whole lobster, Jersey oysters, dressed crab, langoustines, Atlantic prawns, clams, whelks and mussels as well as Wright Brothers’ London Cure smoked salmon, blinis, creme fraiche and a decadent 10g tin of Adamas Italian caviar. 

If that wasn’t tempting enough, the platter is accompanied with all the ingredients for their Festive Fizz cocktail (enough for 8 glasses): a bottle of Fiol Prosecco, cocktail mix (Martini Rubino, plum sake, Becherovka) and dried fruit (to garnish) – the perfect Christmas tipple.

Platter London – London’s first innovative catering company specialising in bespoke, handmade food platters – is offering a creative way of indulgent feasting this Christmas.

Christmas Sweet Platter 

A decadent combination of: fig & almond tarts, ginger & dark chocolate cookies, Christmas tree brownies, Snowman cookies, fig & almond biscotti, mini mince pies, and Christmas pudding bites

Christmas Savoury Platter 

Crostini bites with a selection of toppings including truffled brie, butternut squash with sage and crispy bacon, crab & avocado and smoked gouda with apple and honeycomb. Also, pigs in blankets with prune chutney, parmesan baskets with quails’ eggs and paprika, honey & mustard cocktail sausages, flatbread with black garlic hummus and tomato relish, cranberry and brie tart and devils on horseback.

Artisan Cheese Platter 

A combination of: high quality cheeses, sugared nuts, fresh seasonal fruits, homemade sweet chilli jam and a selection of artisan crackers.
