Adam Handling Chelsea, the much-loved neighbourhood restaurant located at the intimate Belmond Cadogan Hotel, is re-launching its famed Sunday Lunch with a brand new food offering, perfect for enjoying some relaxed Sunday indulgence with family and friends.
The Sunday Lunch, one of the most popular menus at Adam Handling Chelsea, is back – a sumptuous Best of British feast that features an incredible three-course menu designed by Chef Patron Adam and the team, complete with free-flowing drinks packages that offer stunning wines and cocktails. The format has been re-worked to comply with Covid-19 safety measures, which means that whilst the buffet option is no longer available, guests can rest assured that the lavish spread is just as spectacular.
A highly accomplished chef, Adam Handling’s beautifully presented modern British dishes start with careful sourcing of top quality, seasonal ingredients, prepared in a number of different, creative ways to enhance their inherent properties and deliver real depth of flavour and harmony whilst maintaining a firm commitment to sustainability.
The starters are very much a signature affair with well-known favourites such as ‘Wagyu beef and tuna tartare’ and ‘Mother’. The new three-course menu offers main courses grilled to perfection, including ‘BBQ lamb shoulder (sharing dish)’, ‘Half chicken, garlic, thyme’, alongside the Beef and Vegetarian Wellingtons of which the restaurant has become renowned. All main courses are accompanied by a selection of sides for sharing at the table, including ‘Roast potatoes, thyme, garlic’, a very British dish of ‘Peas, bacon, cabbage’, and the must-try ‘Adam Handling Yorkshires’.
The three-course menu is priced at £60pp, with free-flowing drinks packages starting from £35pp for 1.5 hours. Options include Bellini, sparkling wine and Champagne, as well as red and white wine, all selected by the restaurant’s expert sommelier team.
